It is so hard to believe ten years ago, I became a Realtor®, and within the first week I wrote two contracts and was feeling pretty excited. I was a prepping maniac, as I had no interest in looking ignorant. So I looked through the MLS, found what I thought were great houses. I made appointments to see each of them, and then went and previewed every one of them. The next day, my clients met me in the office, and as I was walking out the door, my broker said, I am going with you. I had all my papers, and appointments set and away we went. My broker never said a word of how I was doing things and let me be in charge. When we got back to the office, the buyer said I love this one, lets write a contract. As we were walking in, my broker said, you are going to do well, you were prepared, and not once did you have to apologize for driving past the house. My clients and I reviewed comps and wrote a great contract offer that was accepted in a couple of hours. Boy, did I think I had stumbled upon a great opportunity. It is true I did, but boy has it been a ride, and sometimes the market was just tough. But I found knowledgeable agents, supportive Brokers, loving friends, and giving clients. I have stayed true to all the prepping I did that first day, and I always put all my wishes aside and work diligently to help others do what is right for them. It works for me, and I sleep at night!!! So happy to be living my dream, and helping others discover there own dreams!!!! And the funny thing is sometimes the house isn't involved in the dream until years later!!! Thanks for the memories!!! I wish I could post every client in this post!!!!! Thank you to All Those who helped kept my dreams alive!!!!!
