Enjoy a FREE concert in Branson, Mo at The Branson Landing, September 4, 2011. This Sunday, Candy Coburn is appearing in conjunction with the 2011 MDA telethon, which benefits Jerry’s Kids as well as the local MDA. It looks like there JUST MIGHT be some national exposure for Branson, Mo.
is an American national performing country music artist who has Candy Coburn was born in Kentucky and raised in Missouri and Texas. Her love for music came from her grandmother. Candy went to the University of Missouri on a vocal scholarship and completed a degree in theater. Candy Coburn has shared the stage with many notable artists, including Brooks and Dunn, Kellie Pickler, Montgomery Gentry, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Gary Allan, Josh Turner, Lady Antebellum and others. Her album, "Rev It Up" had 3 singles that hit the charts, two made it to the top ten. "Hard to be Good in Texas," "Rev It Up," and "Big Dream in a Little Town.

Before leaving home, open your refrigerator, or stop by a local convenience store and pick up some little snacks and grab a blanket. Park at the Bulk's parking lot and then stroll down to the Taneycomo lakefront and go north You find a beautiful place to enjoy a leisurely picnic under the oak trees. No hustle and bustle, just ducks a quacking and the scenery of Taneycomo Lake.
Make it a fun day, and don’t forget to arrive early at the Candy Coburn concert around the Fountains at the Branson Landing.
