Food booths and vendors will be open at noon and Jefferson Avenue Footbridge Commercial St. Irish pet contest begins at 12:30pm at the Footbridge. Parade participants line up at Benton Avenue and Commercial Street where the parade will start at 2pm, traveling south on Boonville Ave. and Park Central Square and onto South Avenue to Elm Street.
