According to the Springfield Greater Board of Realtors, there are 37 New Listings this morning, 9 contracts that fell through and are back on the market, 28 price reductions, 29 properties that went under contract, and 35 that sold within the last 24 hours. There were 18 listings that were either expired or withdrawn by the seller.
